Terms and Conditions for Club Ticket

By subscribing to our services or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

  1. Subscription Overview

    1.1. Service Description: Club Ticket Unlimited provides subscribers with access to a variety of exclusive events, early ticket releases, and other member-only benefits. Specific offerings may vary from time to time.
    1.2. Subscription Plans: You may choose between a Monthly Subscription Plan or a Yearly Subscription Plan (“Subscription”). The selected plan will determine the frequency of billing and the renewal period.

  2. Ticket Purchase and Booking

    2.1. Booking Confirmation: To reserve a booking, you are required to have a confirmed payment with a unique booking reference. Confirmed bookings will receive a unique Club Ticket ticket for every booking. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
    2.2. Pricing and Availability: Club Ticket reserves the right to increase or decrease advertised prices. All bookings are subject to availability, and Club Ticket reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion.
    2.3. Contract and Jurisdiction: The contract, including all matters arising from it, is subject to UK Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK legal system. No employee of Club Ticket, other than the managers, has the authority to vary or omit any of these terms or promise any discount or refund.

  3. Recurring Payments

    3.1. Billing Cycle: By subscribing, you authorise Club Ticket to charge the subscription fee to your selected payment method on a recurring basis, depending on the plan you choose:
    – Monthly Subscription: Billed every month on the date of your initial subscription (“Billing Date”).
    – Yearly Subscription: Billed annually on the anniversary of your initial subscription (“Billing Date”).
    3.2. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan), unless you cancel your subscription as set out in Section 8.
    3.3. Payment Methods: You must maintain a valid payment method on your account. If your payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again or suspend your access to the service until payment is successfully processed.
    3.4. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the subscription fee with 30 days’ notice to you. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription as outlined in Section 8.

  4. Refunds and Cancellations

    4.1. Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, your Subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not receive a refund for any portion of the subscription fee.
    4.2. Ticket Cancellation: The deposit or amount paid for tickets is non-refundable. The Participant may not cancel the booking at any time after a booking is confirmed. In the case of non-attendance, Club Ticket will treat the booking as completed by the Participant.

  5. Event Modifications and Cancellations

    5.1. Changes to Events: Club Ticket and its partner venues and event organisers reserve the right to change or modify events without notice, including changing or altering venues used for that event. In the event of a major modification, the Participant will have the right to change the event or cancel the booking, except for venue changes which are not grounds for a refund.
    5.2. Event Cancellation: Club Ticket partner venues and event organisers reserve the right to cancel an event at their discretion. In the event of a cancellation, Club Ticket will attempt to contact participants as quickly as possible and replace tickets where appropriate.

  6. Participant Responsibilities and Risks

    6.1. Participant Liability: Participants, together with their personal property, are at all times solely at their own risk. Club Ticket accepts no liability for any personal injury, damage, or loss. Participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance.
    6.2. Fitness to Participate: All participants are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the event. Participants should be aware of their physical and mental limitations before attending an event. Participants with medical conditions or who are pregnant are strongly advised not to participate and must inform Club Ticket of their condition prior to the event.
    6.3. Alcohol Consumption: Events and Offers listed on Club Ticket may include opportunities for participants to consume alcohol. Club Ticket urges all participants to drink responsibly and accepts no responsibility or liability if participants drink excessively, resulting in damages, ill health, injury, or death.

  7. Conduct and Behaviour
    7.1. Behavior Standards: Participants agree to accept the authority and decisions of Club Ticket partner venues, event organizers, and their employees. Club Ticket partner venues, event organizers, and their employees reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants who are drunk, disorderly, aggressive, abusive, or anti-social. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and the participant will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

    7.2. Indemnification: The participant agrees to indemnify Club Ticket (its employees, directors, suppliers, agents, distributors, representatives, etc.) against any third-party claims as a result of the participant’s behaviour and actions.

  8. Account Management

    8.1. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
    8.2. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we are unable to process your payment.

  9. Intellectual Property

    9.1. Ownership: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Club Ticket are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
    9.2. Limited License: Your Subscription or ticket purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the services for personal, non-commercial use.

  10. Limitation of Liability

    10.1. Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Ticket Unlimited and Club Ticket disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the service and your use thereof.
    10.2. Limitation: In no event shall Club Ticket Unlimited, Club Ticket, their affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

  11. Governing Law

    11.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
    11.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United Kingdom, except where prohibited by law.

  12. Changes to Terms

    12.1. Amendments: We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through your account.
    12.2. Acceptance of Changes: Your continued use of the Subscription or attendance at an event after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

  13. Covid-19 Policy

    13.1. Compliance with Regulations: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, laws and regulations are subject to change at zero notice. Club Ticket partner venues and event organizers comply with UK government rules and regulations. Participants acknowledge the potential risks and agree that they are solely responsible for their own health and safety.
    13.2. Event Cancellations Due to Covid-19: In the event of cancellation of an event due to Covid-19, participants will have the choice to select an alternative date. Tickets are non-refundable.
    13.3. Participant Cancellation Due to Covid-19: If a participant needs to cancel due to Covid-19, they must notify Club Ticket immediately and provide proof (such as a positive test result). An alternative date may be offered, subject to availability.

By subscribing to Club Ticket Unlimited or purchasing a Club Ticket ticket you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
